The game which might have an effect on PS fans is MGS if it went exclusive, I for sure knows that MGS fans are sony fans, and they are not going to jump the ship and get Xbone just MGS, and I dont think Xbox gamer care for MGS or know even the history of MGS.. same goes with ZoE. And I don't think PS fans would care abt Kojima's new IP on Xbone.

IF there is a new coming Kojima on Xbone, then the announcement will be on the same level as Xbone, targeting an audience with zero fan base! fail.

And wasn't Kojima at E3 for MS few years back announcing Rising.. and we all know on which system it sold well..

Craig Davidson did say in an interview that the 15 did not count 3rd parties.

Anyways on topic, I can't think of a single thing that would interest me less than a Kojima exclusive game. Unless it's a drastic turn from what he has done since the 32 bit generation. Also, LOL @ people talking about not offending the Japanese market. That market is getting smaller and smaller, soon enough will be too small to give a shit about offending.

I dont think the Japanese market has shrunk as much as most people think

3rd gen-about 20 million

4th gen-about 20 million

5th gen-about 30 million

6th gen-about 30 million

7th gen-about 24 million and growing

It just seems like its shrinking since NA/Europe market have grown by a ton while Japan has stayed reletively consistant

Japanese will buy the games on whatever platform has the games they want. They bought 360s for Tales of Vesperia, Star Ocean 4, and they'll buy MS's new machine for Kojima's game.

I do not believe that is entirely true, they do still make Panchiko machines you know ^^. Also Pro Evolution Soccer sells just as well in Japan as it does in EU which is FIFA dominated. So Konami knows their market.

Tales of Vesperia on the PS3 sold more in Japan than the Xbox 360 version. Not sure about Star Ocean 4 not even Lost Odyssey made the Japanese buy the 360. I just really doubt Konami will just forget their fanbase in the Playstation side all of a sudden.

Not saying this because I believe they will do a diservice (hardly) but I just think that's a lot of money they'll be leaving behind.

WTF are you talking about? Do you even know? People like me, might have owned a ps2 before an xbox or 360... A lot of people.

You also have no idea what the new IP is, you can't really "think" anything about it because we know NOTHING!

No I actually think it is a possibility simply because he was in the Xbox One reveal video.

Kojima being in the video might mean nothing but something is telling me it means something.
