Craig Davidson did say in an interview that the 15 did not count 3rd parties.

Anyways on topic, I can't think of a single thing that would interest me less than a Kojima exclusive game. Unless it's a drastic turn from what he has done since the 32 bit generation. Also, LOL @ people talking about not offending the Japanese market. That market is getting smaller and smaller, soon enough will be too small to give a shit about offending.

Kojima is currently working on 2 Metal Gear Solid games, I highly doubt he's working on a 3rd game as well.

I don't know man, I may have the numbers wrong but last time I checked there are 9 million PS3 sold in Japan alone. I don't think that market is worth risking when that could lead to an automatic 500k to 1 million sale for a Kojima game. I doubt Konami would just forget their home market and alienate their fanbase which is important right now since you can always count on them to be loyal, especially with increaing game development cost. Kojima is a gaming god in Japan and Konami knows they can milk it.

Would be smart on microsofts part. Their presence in Japan is terrible, maybe this and a few other key exclusive, or timed exclusive, titles will help to greatly improve that relationship.

It may not mean anything, but I found it odd that he was in the reveal video.

Cliffy B being in the video wasn't odd as Microsoft and Epic have an exclusive game together.

But Konami and Microsoft does not have an exclusive game together.

Like I said might be nothing but what if I am right.

Hideo Kojima is over rated.

Then that guy from Microsoft said "Microsoft will kill Sony at E3".

I'd be surprised if that guy from Microsoft said "Sony will kill us at E3".

They were exclusive.


Final Fantasy was never an exclusive

Tekkan technically was not a exclusive because one tekkan game was made for the GBA

Metal Gear was not exclusive only certain ones was

DMC is the only one you listed that was a true exclusive

 

so that is only one out of four that you said that was a true exclusive to playstation before going multiplatform
