I am new at AC, so my town and my house are a little empty and disorganized. And i still dont know how to visit other towns and let others visiit mine.

Quick question about single cart multiplayer.... can multiple players live in the same town? It seems like this is not the case as it would be weird for a town to have two mayors. I ask this because my wife and I actually preferred to play the DS version using one cartridge so that we could both design constellations and add to the town museum, but if we can not do that we will both likely download the game to our 3DS.

Enjoying it from short bit I've played. Taking me a bit as only other AC I played was the GC one about a decade ago.

Curious about visiting other people's towns and managing my own as mayor dynamic is interesting.
