A great story with great plot twists and good suspence, like the original.

Melia to make a return so her f'ed up life actually turns around in this game.

She didn't come out all that badly; she went through the most of the party, but she still came out with actual friends for the first time in her (emotionally) sheltered life.

She lost her love interest to Fiora, WHILE her family had died at the same time. Her entire species were irradicated too. Sure she made friends, but tragedy will definitely weigh on the girl for the rest of her life.

Her species wasn't eradicated, many High Entia survived due to their human genes. Only the pure bloods transformed.

Oh another thing. Better AP scaling, balance.

Some artes get some bad AP scaling and it's just easier to just pour all AP into a single art or 2 instead of spreading it out.

Like Shulk-Back Slash. Reyn-Magnum Charge, Sword Drive.
Sharla-Yeah just heals cause dmg arts scale horribly with AP.

No seriously though, I want better control over my other characters. I want my fingers flaming through the hard battles, constantly giving commands. I want to be able to hold off on my teammate using a healing arte so I can save it for the last moment when the boss unleashes a big attack. Use an aggro art right as I'm building power so I don't die.

I want to be able to do chain arts without having to do that weird circle thing.

More micromanagement would be awesome, indeed. Honestly why i had a lot of fun using Sharla directly, as i somehow felt i had more direct control over the flow of battle.

Sharla was my main for most boss fights. (Too bad the AI wasn't as good)

Managing cool down is a lot more fun than it should be.

Oh and keep using the British VAs, they sound classy.

Yes!

American voices wouldn't work as well, they just don't fit in a non-modern setting, for me. And yeah, not as classy. ;)

- to be a long (80h+) but fun game...
- lots of areas to discover
- a better interface
- better looking characters
- crazy story twist
- amazing music

It goes without saying, but I also want it to live up to the stellar musical, narrative, and creative standards set by Xenoblade. Problem is, that's such an incredibly high bar that they'll have their work cut out for them exceeding it.

I want it to be significantly harder. The first one was mind numbing at times.

Really? That boss in Bionis's Heart was pretty hard. I had to grind 5-10 levels just to beat her, and add Riki to my party. However the game was pretty easy up to the end.

----

I want less grinding, less uneventful running from A to B time, and better integrated Magic attacks. I never used that little girls powers (sorry, it's been a while since I beat this game).

I thought this game should have been a 40 hour long game, but it was 60 because there is just so much running from A to B, with nothing happening. I've had myself go in a straight line for 3 hours, with only random monster fights, and I think that's just too boring. My girlfriend thinks this game is interesting, but some of the overworld area's are just way too big, with nothing happening..

Yeah, I didn't find the game "too easy" in the least, perhaps people are overlevelling by trying to do all the sidequests? (I only did a few)
