Well, first of all I'm sorry if there's a thread about this already, i looked but i couldn't found any

Rock Band Confirmed for Wii
EA's CEO mentions the game's 'coming launch' during a conference call.

January 31, 2008 - In a third-quarter conference call today, Electronic Arts CEO John Riccitiello confirmed that a Wii version of Rock band is forthcoming.

Riccitiello mentioned the game at the end of the call's question-and-answer session. There was no release date given, but Riccitiello referred to the "coming launch" of a Wii version of the game.

Cool hopefully they use Wii specific funtions like GH3 and surpass by a good margin the PS2 graphics (so not a port please) I'll prolly buy it!

Other notes:

In fiscal 2009 they expect to ship 20+ Wii titles and 15 DS titles.
