I will have to disagree with you on this one. GT6 to me looks awesome for a ps3 game, but drive club and F5 look much better. We have seen actual gameplay for GT6 and not the others as they could have been CG and the developers could have just lied. It's not out of the question. But they are probably in-engine so gameplay will be close. And as always to each their own. :-p |
Althought i agree with you, we have seen game play from GT6. And it looks damn good. At least for a low level stream. Head over to gtplanet.net to check out some gameplay videos.
Gonna have to wait until we see actual in-game gameplay and not touched up, pre-rendered trailers of each game.

You know I was always wondering why no one ever used the dollar sign for $ony, but then I realized they have no money so it would be pointless.

Yes, because of the back ground of the drive club people have all made fun good looking games.
To answer the other guy. I've had more fun in PGR, wipe and GT than I ever did with Forza. The only thing I ever liked from Forza was the Paint editor. The game play and driving was boring and painful, IMO. I'll say it again, critically acclaimed means squat. Period. MS has been buying reviews left and right this gen. and Forza to me is 75-80. So to me and many it's on the bottom of the list.
Ok lets be honest guys, as it is standing now Forza is going to better. DriveClub is a new IP and stil has to prove itself. All this fanboy reactions about it being better than forza is just BS and you know it. Driveclub needs to prove itself against a already established good racing game. That's just a fact. Who cares if Driveclub has the slight advantage over graphical power against forza. Last I checked, its all about the gameplay.

also i know this is going back a bit but in 2005 did you think forza looked better than GT4? as that's almost like how your making your decision today! |
I never played the first Forza but since it got constant better score across the boards there is a slight change that I would like it better then GT4 even though GT4 is my second most played GT game behind GT5.

Also Forza 5 will have a lot more content I'm guessing 700+ plus cars and a lot more events and features then FM4. Drive Club is mostly a arcade racer with a limited selection of cars and features. Another thing about Drive Club as much as like detailed interiors only being able to play it interior view mode is a big drawback.
Will need to see gameplay. The cars may be extremely detailed, but you won't really notice that during a race. At this point in technology I'd say it is more important to have a detailed track than a detailed car, since the cars have come to a point where you'll have to look at extremely small details like the texture of the seats or something similar to notice a big difference to the cars from this gen (as stated above, during a race), while the tracks looked horrible and can be vastly improved.

Any proof for that? Because otherwise you accuse because of nothing. Nobody cares about your biased opinion, the post before was so wrong I don't know how to properly answer to such nonsense. It's ok to dislike a game but you are simply exaggerating and even think my reply, where I was being sarcastic, is right.
