Crimson Dragon will likely be on the 360 here for Summer Arcade.

 

I don't think we'll see a Halo game on the Xbox One until Halo 5. Because what would the multiplayer be?

Halo ODST used the Halo 3 multiplayer.
Halo Anniversary used Reach for multiplayer.
I'm thinking the next Halo game will use Halo 4 for multiplayer, so it'll stay on the 360.

I imagine MS wants a new Halo multiplayer experience for the Xbox One. Not just a port of Halo 4's multiplayer.

They all going to be Kinect games in some form of way. Kinect is required now, it will be part of all the games I think. MS doesnt want that difference anymore anyway. they have 15, some will be core and and the other casual.

5 core sequels
5 core IPs
5 awesome Kinect games

This console will be beast!

No, I dont think that 11-12 of the games will be Kinect exclusive games - http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/post.php?id=5368419 - I think it will be a fairly even split. 

What Im saying is I can see why people would think that a lot of focus will go on Kinect related games. I think the vast majority of the games will have Kinect features. Im assuming this is what the guy you originally quoted was saying -

I'd like to see the return of Crackdown and have somebody do the concept justice... but Rare? I just don't know about that.

Ok whats your deal? There is nothing wrong with announcing a XBLA exclusive at E3. Trolling? What a ridiculous statement. I for one am looking forward to a great XBLA exclusive and they will certainly be part of the 15 titles MS has promised.

I don't know you, or your gaming preferences, but Xbox fans have a tradition of accepting XBLA quality alongside retail quality. A XBLA game in the 80s or 90s meta should be valued just as much as a AAA retail high meta score. We do not descriminate based on file size and budgets

Besides Wreckateer MS never anounounced a XBL Arcade title at E3 or any other major  press conference and I already explained why they did it earlier it was at the end of the 360's life cycle they where trying to push the Kinect and the game is a Kinect game and they had nothing better to show.  All the exclusives at this years E3 will be from major developers not a small outfits like Iron Galaxy Studios so their is no change that a XBL Arcade game will be presented during MS XBox One press conference at E3.
