Does he even know what a great game is?

Molyneux must have forgotten that when the Wii was there Nintendo took everyones cash and ran. They won the gen, but its still not over anyway.
Ive always thought this guy was a douche, and i still havent played a good game made by him
Fable was mediocre at best.
The jump in each successive console gen becomes less and less, the one between the PS2 to 360/PS3 I think was unusually large (hence the 7 year life cycles).

Meh, the first B&W was decent and as a concept Populus was good to. But I never m,anaged to grasp the idea why he gets so much attention...
Vote the Mayor for Mayor!
I have to agree with his point, but not his reasons.
The 360 was more exciting, because it brought in HD gaming and this was at a time when HD was quite rare, certainly when I got my PS3 it was the main source of HD content other than sports.
This next generation simply isn't bringing in the same graphical leap that the PS360 brought. Maybe it can bring a leap in connectivity, but that is something I personally don't care about, the jump to properly integrated gaming networks was more significant for me
But frankly, the best thing for M$ and Sony to do here is to bring out loads of great games. They may be competing with Google, Apple and Samsung, but there is no way that they can deliver the same kind of immersive games. Maybe there will be a decline in the console market, but if they don't completely abandon the hardcore, there will still be something left
well this is the guy who think that having a box and peeling it layer for layer is super exciting..
