You shouldnt be too concerned yet.

I dont know the details of the MS / EA deal.  I have known it was a real thing though pretty much since the beginning of March. Thats why Ive been talking about it for a while even though some didnt want to believe me.

The evidence is right in front of us now. From what Ive heard Fifa should be safe though for those freaking about that.

FIFA cannot be exclusive per the guidelines of their licensing deal.

It will release on PS4 i dont doubt that. 

Though they are snubbing Wii U a console that has a larger install base then either PS4 or Nextbox.

Its obvious the term "viable platform" is stretchable.

I wish you could pre order it in America.

Yeah, after the 360 the very least Microsoft would have is a longish warranty in place. I'm confident though. A massive screw up like RRoD cost Ms money, time and image and didn't help them sell consoles at all like we're led to believe. I was more surprised I could actually pre-order it to be honest... Wonder how many people were before me.

I was a bit annoyed with MS's warrenty when I got my 360. I bought an extended warrenty from Best Buy expecting my 360 to break, and then MS extended their warrenty to 3 years. Who cares right? Well Best Buy said that MS also mandated that all RRoD problems be sent to MS. MS sent me a broken 360 first, and wouldn't sell me an HDMI model (which has much better reliability). Anyway that 360 also only lasted a bit oer a year, but I bitcched at Best Buy and they game me a new 360, HDMI model. This was when they just introduced the Slim, so BB wanted to get rid of their old stock.

Still....it was a headache, I have enough 360 games now to last me until I'm sure Nextbox reliability is better. There is no guarentee that it will be better.
