Mediocre isn't a word you use to describe a game that wasn't to your fitting.  You use mediocre for a game that fits the kinds of games you like and did not meet your expectations.  

If you hate playing FPS games, you don't go and pick one up randomly and say "because I hate FPS', this game is mediocre."  If you like FPS' and you found the one you picked up wasn't as good as the ones you usually play, it would fit.

Strictly speaking of course the original playstation didn't make 10 years outside of Japan, just about scraped 10 years in Japan.  9 years globally.

Xbox 360 making 10 years should happen with just 2 1/2 more years to go.  Probably PS3 too with 3 1/2 years to go.

Really? Perhaps I have it wrong. I always had 2004 in my head. 


Hmm wikipedia says 2004 but wiki answers says 2006. I didnt find any official press release though.
