PD's numbers = 4.22m shipped; Our number = 2.93m sold.  1.29m on shelves seems like a lot.

It also include digital sales which is not tracked by VGZ. Next gen VGZ will need to include digital sales since every game will be released digitally.

Ethomaz your comments are kind of childish. First for bringing up Halo 4 online which is irrelevant. Second by rubbing this in Kowen's face even though he wasn't particularly wrong.

At this point of time it doesn't really make that much of a difference, but yeah for the sake of accuracy you're right.

So it's likely that GT5 has indeed sold (to customers) 10 million now.
