Shortages were proven real whether you want to admit it or not. Sony said they would fully restock vita by the end of april, which they did, hence the increase of sales the two weeks after their statement. Even the week before golden week they sold more than 20.000 psvitas, which was much higher than the sales of the week they made that statement.

You can't be serious......I mean, you just can't be. There has to be a point for even the most diehard fans where spin just can't cut it and you gotta say "its a shame, hope it picks up". Because it is a shame, it does deserve better. But don't say that what its doing now is acceptable.



Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.

The improvement, and its current level, would be "quite good" not considering the price cut. When the price cut is factored in... unfortunate, but not catastrophic.

I'm dead serious. Nothing to do with being a die hard fan or not. Numbers are overall terrible for vita, but considering the price-cut, 7.000 would have been terrible. 12.000 are not. They're good considering last year, that's all. Not so long ago, the 3ds was outselling it 10x/32x:1. Similarly, if Xbox was selling 5.000 a week and went to 10.000 after a price cut (not the week of the price-cut, but a month later), I would have said the same thing. Check my posts, unlike some people, I give credit to both MS and ninty where is due and don't try to spin negatively anything non sony related.

If Vita baselines around 12-13k a week from now on ... I don't see that as being great considering they threw a lot at the system that last couple of months (price cut, new colors, Soul Sacrifice, a helping of other releases).

Cant be... I comment ALL the time.  I also set my stall very early at less than 20k being terrible for the Vita post price cut.  Never changed it.  Other people keep adjusting down. lol

When we consider >30k good sales you were indeed absent most of the time. 3 out of 5 weeks you weren't there to repeat your usual lines. I believe prof keeps a well documented thread about your comments too

How odd.

Reality is if I had come into those threads and said, its temporary, will be down again soon, etc etc. Someone would have reported me in a flash. You cant have it both ways.

I know it grates and its hard to swallow but all pezus has shown is that there is no pattern and that I have an amazing apptitude for predicting Vita sales numbers.  Have done since day 1.  It was obvious for anyone who was viewing the situation objectively.

 


I personally could care less if you continue dooming vita or whatever it is you like doing. Just do not lie about commenting all the time whether the numbers are good or bad. Majority of time you are there it was bad.

Coincidentally, I posted on all of those threads listed, oft praising the Vita (sometimes after noticing my mistakes!) and other software. Level.
