It's not a rerelease to Nintendo fans. They didn't get the game before. Sega was testing the waters and seeing if WiiU owners were interested in Yakuza, they proved they weren't. COD4 sold well on Wii even though it was a rerelease. Once again since you ignored the rest of my post, a higher install base would have changed nothing.

it is a rererelease of 10+ year old games, people who really wanted it had already played.

This is the most failed excuse for an argument that i see. "old game doesn't sell well on a platform so there's no audience for it".

I suppose you think there's no audience for tomb raider on Xone, given how poorly it sold.

Tomb Raider was already on Xbox 360, it was a rerelease of a game they had already played. Not the same thing considering this was the first time Nintendo owners got to play Yakuza games. And you're the last person who should criticize anyone's arguments considering you think that install base automatically equates to highers sales.

Sigs are dumb. And so are you!

-4? I know it's just a preorder transfer but still!

Good refresh coming

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

Tomb Raider on the X-One did over 24 times as much as Yakuza on the WiiU in its opening week... That comparison doesn't look good for Yakuza.

THOSE were 10+ YEAR OLD GAMES that had already been rereleased on ps3. ANYONE who really wanted would have already played them years ago.

tomb raider for 360 also did a lot more than any yakuza, it's a matter of franchise's size.

There just wasn't an audience on WiiU for Yakuza, like most other third party games.

If it were to release on PS4 right now, it would sell more than 1800 copies, that's for sure.

Woah, that -4 for SAO had me worried, thankfully it was just upgrading to the LE...

I wonder how many Vita games will show up tomorrow...

I have never seen so much negative in the charts. LE is finally back in stock I guess. SSD should show up. So probably 2 at most.

I wonder if I'll see some more SAO changes to LE tomorrow.

let's hope for Mario Kart, Persona and some anime games on Vita tomorrow

I actually don't think Mario Kart or Persona will show up tomorrow. People seem to have short term memories and only list games which have been near the top of amazon.jp in the past few days.

Persona might just because COMG fucking love Persona and I can imagine a lot of them running out to pre-order it day one.

Games I think might show up:

- Soul Sacrifice Delta (almost definitely)
- Senran Kagura 2
- Another SKU of something already in the charts (I'm eyeing Super Robot Wars)
- J-Stars Victory Vs. (it is time)

I'd like to be wrong about Mario Kart because I'd like to see the WiiU do better than it has been doing, but I feel it's a little early, especially given COMG's tastes.

yakuza showed up like 109 days before release and MK is, well, MK. It could show up tomorrow or 5 days later.
