Also, the fact that it's releasing right in between Persona and Pokemon, two of the most popular RPGs in Japan, is not doing it any favors.

Gosh Pokemon is really lagging behind, could the new Pokemon Masters on Smart phones have something to do with it? Maybe the casuals are happy just playing that?
