There have been games on this chart with no release date. Shoot, on the very first page of this thread you will find Final Fantasy Versus XIII - aka Final Fantasy XV - already on the chart. A whopping 1054 days before its release date was even announced and 1298 days before it actually came out.

There are other less extreme examples. This is very early, but not even close to the earliest.
