They're different stores. Rakuten is far more helpful because expotentially more business is done there.

COMG is small retailer with just 14 stores. It's not uncommon to see older titles near the top, because it doesn't take much to break into their top 10.

Rankings from larger chains tend to provide a better perspective. GEO for example, has a network of 1600 shops and is one of the largest chains on Famitsu's retail panel.
