It's a fairly decent announcement though. Even though you can't expect it to do Wii numbers, you can probably expect it to do at least half of that (using something like Hatsune Miku PSP -> Vita sales as an example).

This is exactly what I was going to say.

It's not going to catch up to MHP3 but it is doing much better than MHP3's final days.

If it stays at pace, it will clear 4,000 which is higher than most people have been expecting lately. It cleared 3,000 only 8 days ago. It took MHP3 24 days to claim its final thousand.
