It's a 2D fighting game (like Street Fighter).

It's made by CyberConnect2 who also made the Naruto games this gen and last gen and those had awesome gameplay.

So it's not really another case of Fist of the North Star or One Piece here. I think this game is genuinely great.

^ It's actually a 3D fighter, more in line with the recent Naruto games. Capcom put out a 2D Jojo fighter 15(!!) years ago, though--and it was awesome.
