Still no sign of the game...success of the game looks bleak, so does the western release now.

I think you're worrying too much about Ace Attorney. It will be fine.

AA5 only got 110pt on its final day and debuted with 250k.

I think it's just COMG being COMG again. AA have a loyal fanbase (woman fanbase btw), it's doing well on Amazon.jp. Don't worry about the japanese launch, you should worry about the western one (if it never launches).
