Relatively good performance for Captain toad. Anywhere between 30-50k is a success for that type of game in my opinion. My guess is that it probably costed Nintendo next to nothing to produce it because they reused a lot of the SM3DW assets. And it was never really a game that was going to lift hardware sales. I think 500-750k WWW LT would be an incredible feat for this kind of title.



Predictions for LT console sales:

PS4: 120M

XB1: 70M

WiiU: 14M

3DS: 60M

Vita: 13M

Hopefully It'll be a good Side game to get for wiiu! Lets hope for a 120k-150k Lifetime!

Not only that, its not a huge game. It doesn't need to sell like SM3DW/MK. and like you said, holidays are coming+ its a holiday type of game (meaning it'll sell well come Dec)!

I think 30k-35k should be a great start
