For the third version to be doing better than the originals combined, I wonder if the 3rd isn't stealing sales from the originals because they're so recent and a lot of people who might have gotten one of the versions are just going for the better 2.5 version instead. If they keep doing this, Yokai Watch will be burned out as a franchise before the first game makes it over to the states.

I don't think it'll outdo YW2, but it'll definitely be more front loaded.
