COMG sometimes takes early pre-orders, before Nintendo officially takes them. Basically COMG takes your money and holds it until they can use it.

Basically, but not for every game. Pokemon X/Y didn't have it, but I've seen some Vita games take pre-orders early.

Dragon Quest X is COMPLETLY SOLD OUT in Japan. Already at 13:00 o'clock no copy was there to be seen.
