Awesome news. I personally don't really care for CoD but this will bring a shit storm of hype and views for them, live or otherwise. Whoever put this deal together is a genius.

The game itself, CoD Ghost has had leaks on other sites claiming that the game will release on the 5th of November. I'd post links but cbf on my phone so you do it.. YES, YOU!! With that news, expect the neXbox to release with or before CoD. They wouldn't promote the game otherwise, would they?

MS has been fairly clever at angling for being the de-facto CoD platform. The recent high profile BlopsII comp was cleverly framed by MS. I wonder if MS edged Halo out of MLG on purpose, to raise their profile as the CoD de-facto.

So CoD and the Respawn-game at the reveal of the new Xbox... That is really huge.

This way you get a lot of CoD fans watching and seeing the Respawn-game as well. Great marketing.

It's ok, I know you need to downplay this. Won't be the first or last time you're wrong. Revealing CoD during the Nextbox event is a massive deal. This isn't like the normal E3 presentation on Xbox where the game has already been revealed and shown off before E3 even starts. This is going to be the first time we get to see the game. This is going to be the unveiling of the next gen CoD and its new engine. And it's happening at an event where MS is showcasing their new console. It will surpass the buzz and following of the PS4 reveal just because of CoD.

Yep, the PS3 and 360 versions sell farily closely, but Microsofts almost exclusive-like commercialism that they've been doing since like 2006 has been a clear driver. Exclusive or not.
