Sony: another Crash bandicoot, spyro and twisted metal games.
Microsoft: A reveal that they sold Rare to Nintendo
Nintendo: That Retro has actually created 2 new games (star fox, and a new ip), a reveal that nintendo got all of the original Rare members back, and put them in charge at Rare with them making a new banjo game.

The more likely senerio is a bunch of the people who wanted to make a new Banjo got together and got Nintendo to finance the IP transfer and the game.

My Predictions....
Sony:
-At least 15mins of Sony's Conference will be eaten up by bland monologues by one of their spokesmen. That and sales talk and recent success.
-Starts with PS3, highlight what will release this year (Beyond, Last of Us, Puppeteer, that Move horror game, etc) in a Montage Reel. Assure everyone that the PS3 will continue to stride even after PS4, cementing it's "10 Year Plan" yet again.
-Vita Will get a Price Drop to $199.
-A few Vita exclusive Titles will be announced, possibly FF Type-0. Some old, some new. As well as new features such as Hulu might be revealed for the handheld.
-Vita Game Montage showing some new stuff we don't know about coming for the next year.
-Possible new Vita Model shown.
-PS4 will finally be seen by the public, and Sony will Detail it's functions again but this time with more immediate demonstration.
-Final Fantasy XV will be revealed, it is a reskinned FF Versus XIII, and will remain exclusive to PS Platforms (PS3/PS4). Full Gameplay Video Shown Releases next Fall.
-The Last Guardian is now a PS4 Exclusive. Gameplay shown indepth, also to release Fall 2014.
-Infamous Second Son, Killzone Shadow Fall,Drive Club, Knack will all be shown with more concrete gameplay, proving that their original trailers were indeed in-game. Also all three will be launch titles.
-Knack will also demonstrate PS4/Vita Cross play, introducing the idea for many next gen games to come ala Rayman Legends, etc.
-Some large new IP will be revealed by one of Sony's Hidden Teams. Possibly Guerilla's ARPG.
-Uncharted 4 Revealed and put with a tentative Release in 2014.
-Gran Turismo 6 revealed to be PS3/PS4/Vita title and coming in 2014 as well. Cross Play between them.
-Sony will speak of their work with 3rd Parties to get many games. They will flaunt the fact they will have Bungie's Destiny and Ubisoft's Watch Dogs Day one and some with exclusive content.
-Sony will touch upon some previously unannounced features of the PS4, possibly a TV Channel of it's own, available via PS+
-PS++ Revealed, monthly subscription of about 7-10bucks.
-PS4 to be $399, possibly with subscription, but this is the price they will go with.
-A model to come with a free month of PS++ which will allow you to get a game for free (Most likely Knack).
-PS4 coming in October 2013.

MS:
-at least 20mins will be spent on out of place flair and spectacle.
-MS will have acquired several games from 3rd Parties as exclusive to their console, at least for a limited time. Titan by Respawn will most likely be one. A mystery IP from Activision which I am betting on being a Crash Bandicoot Reboot, as well as COD exclusive content.
-Full Backward Compatibility with 360 for 720
-New Exclusive IP shown by internal studios.
-Demonstrates Kinect 2.0's uses and how it will be incorporated into every game now. Reveals that the "Always On" refers to the console itself, as it will always be on to recognize when you are around.
-System to be called Xbox Infinite
-MS will speak more(from May 21st reveal) about it's Multimedia plans for the console. System to be able to broadcast Cable, like a Cable box. Exclusive TV shows.
-A Hint of Next Halo title, slated fo 2014.
-Will release no sooner than November 2013, possibly Feb/March 2014(but doubtful)
-349 price tag with subscription to New Live Tier.

interesting.  I don't think they'd call it that.  Probably Playstation Premium/Platinum but possible.  Personally I'm hoping + covers all the Gaikai stuff and extends to PS4 as I'm already subbed till late 2014.  Also am really hoping for October release.  I think it's better for me because I get it sooner and it's better for Sony as getting that initial rush out of the way before BF will help them push significantly more units this holiday especially if MS is delayed.  I'm hoping they also offer a non-subbed model though ($500 with PS Premium/Plus included for 3 months-1 year and a game with a 1tb HDD would be great)

If things keep going well, I think Sony might slip into September. I am positive Sony will have a even more beefed up version of their plus service to help cover the cost to do all the things it will do. I See Plus Premium allowing Netflix-Like Gakai Service, and  exclusive TV channel like features similar to MS, not sure if the later will be implemented immediately tho. If I could stream Rent games, I think it would be totally worth it. Just as long as the fee is no more than 9bucks a month. Any more and you fall into the same trap every Paid MMO is . $5-7 is most ideal tho.

Another thing that that help the Wii take off like it did is that it was THE ONLY CONSOLE TO COME WITH A GAME BY DEFAULT!!!!! Why can't console manufacturers understand that consumers like to be able to use a device straight out the box, or at least not have to gather too much outside of it when they initially buy. Having a game cheap enough, yet good enough to stuff into the box at launch should always be put into the budget. Sadly it isn't. I think Sony will attempt to give the same effect by giving one free month of Plus which will have a game free. This is similar to what they have already been doing with the plethora of Vita and PS3 games we get every month (can't wait for Sleeping Dogs on 5/5). This system is somehow making them loads of money. So its a win win.

How about Pitbull? lol
