False. Fatal Frame had indeed gotten announced a sequel long time ago... but at that time it was in the planning stages for the PS3.

So, yeah, it was rumored for the Wii via EGM. It just got real now.

Originally the Fatal Frame sequel was announced in 2005. We didn't hear shit about it untill EGM suddenly broke silence with supposed news on the sequel without anything solid to back it up with. It was written off as a rumor.

The article as all together came up as one large rumor. If it was some official PR sheet then I could've agreed.

The news article was more like a big Q-main rumor with sparse details.

Basically what Im saying is, it wasn't confirmed then. but its confirmed now.

Well, I just watched some gameplay vids of SH5, and I think The Collective has a little more talent than you guys credit them with. Given the chance, they just might prove themselves with that title. Again, I'm hopeful that it will turn out well.

As far as Fatal Frame goes, it's about time we see some more quality horror games for the Wii to accommodate the already sizable Resident Evil audience. Perhaps other titles will follow.

Now this is what I want to see from 3rd parties. Tecmo I love you. Wii gamers you better buy this game. What more could you want. A game that is having the time put into it, and its a survival horror.
