Price is not a factor, they will be close anyway. It all depends on who gets the most interesting games out first.
I'm leaning towards buying the ps4 first based on all the rumors. Too much smoke surrounding the 720, hopefully it will all be lifted in a month.

i'll get a ps4 day 1, no matter what, i will wait to see if microsoft impresses me, and i'm waiting for a pricecut for the wiiu

PS4 at launch (first launch day system and getting a warranty for sure). WiiU when it's $200 and has Mario Kart, SSB, 3D Mario, New Zelda (the Gamepad will be great for Zelda puzzles I think), and a Donkey Kong, Star Fox, or good Metroid (could skip on those if it has the others). Maybe I'll go $250 if it has those as no one does local MP better than Nintendo.

PS4 just because I love most of their first party studios and am already stoked for a new Infamous and Killzone as well as Knack. Not to mention ND should have a game pretty early since it's been 2 years since Uncharted 3 when PS4 launches (could take longer with new hardware) and MM has had over 2 years already since LBP2. Also the network stuff looks awesome and I'm ready to share my most unique and awesome bits from GTA police chases to miracle sports wins to funny glitches on Facebook (I have a number of gamer friends). Also they'll of course be getting all the 3rd party support and PS+ should cover all the new features as well as get you those awesome deals for $50 a year. It's gonna be a great generation and I'll be there from the start this time.

Still on the fence for the ps4 for day 1 or second year purchase. Might also depend on Infamous and how it turns out and when it is released.

Primarily PC/WiiU right now from the looks of it.

Depending on what goes on with MS(the negative rumors and such) I may only get the Wii U. Ive (sadly)boycotted all things Sony since the geohot/removal of linux thing. I may get a new PC rig as well, but I dont care much for download only titles.

PC Wii U and 3DS for me. I don't see any reason to ever go any differently.

Not buying any of them this year, will wait until 2014 or later. I believe my time of early adoption are over.

Besides that, I like what I saw with PS4, but am still a bit underwhelmed. I now wait to see what Microsoft brings.


Something about the MS reveal has me excited. I expect to be pleasantly surprised.

I've owned every previous Nintendo/Sony console, but I'm still looking for a reason to pick up a WiiU. I doubt I'll pick up any of the big 3 consoles this year, but I'll probably end up with the PS4 and WiiU later down the line.

Microsoft showing off major support from Japanese developers probably isn't going to happen any time soon, but who knows, maybe they'll surprise everyone and I'll get an Xbox first.
