It is the same like every year, Sonyfanboys will say Sony win, Nintendofanboys say Nintendo win and MSfanboys say MS win. Where is the point in still asking this question every year?

Because we have to compete with each other if our beloved fav-company is the best. People seem to need to know that their company is the best so they can feel better.

Microsoft could be revealing their console and people vote Sony/Nintendo. Well isn't that a surprise. :D

All three will have the Next-Gen versions of their games to offer, this year us gamers (hopefully) will win.

I'm excited, I think everyone will win - it will be the best e3 in a long time.

The "winner", it the one that shows the best content and drums up the most excitment. I think Nintendo is actually in the best position to steal the show. Sony and MS will show their consoles (maybe reveal them a little before), but a plastic box is only so exciting, and since both companies have a new box they kind of counter each other out. What's really exciting is games and features.

I think Sony has the hardest time to "win" e3 because they've already announced the PS4 specs and features. They've shown 3 or 4 launch titles that aren't especially captivating to the mass market - Killzone and Infamous simply don't resonate with the public regardless of how good they are. To win e3 Sony needs to announce a few big name exclusives for launch, a really good price and/or some really cool feature. I don't think GT6 is ready, I don't think most 3rd parties will provide exclusive content, I think we've seen the cool features of PS4 already and I 'd say the price will be at least $400. Sony's best chance for me is an exclusive Final Fantasy, but I still think most will say good but not great presentation.

Nintendo has no machine to announce, so it will be all about games. I think there will be a boat load, and they will be big names. We already know that MarioU, MarioKart and Smash Brothers will be shown, so they almost have a passing grade already. They could fail if the Marios really underwhelm (like NSMBU), or they could really impress if MarioU has the impact on an audience that Mario Galaxy had when first revealed. With possibly upwards of a dozen other solid titles ready to be revealed or shown, Nintendo should come away with a lot of excited gamers. They are good with that, but they can get the win with some surprise titles, especially 3rd party content, something inovative that will stir interest (like Wii Sports) and/or a price drop (like Sony with the PS1 years ago). I think the chances of Nintendo delivering are high.

Microsoft is the "X" factor. We know so little about 720's direction and its games. They could potentially bomb the conference with an underpowered, over-expensive multi-media machine with little exciting exclusive content. They could also blow people away by showing someone interacting with 720 using Kinect 2.0, touching screens and moving things as if in a sci-fi movie. They could show some unexpected software that really impresses. And 720 could be made available through cable providers at $0 down and paid through your cable bill. My expectations are low that these things will happen, and I'm expecting a fairly weak 720 launch focusing on Window 8 and phone connectivity.

So as it stands right now I see Nintendo generating the most excitement simply because we know they are bringing games, big games and lots of games, because a price cut could happen, and because Sony blew a big part of their load at the PS4 reveal. But it's the unexpected stuff that really stuns an audience, so it could be any one of them that steals the show.

I think Nintendo. They'll be more focused on the games than Sony (who will likely be touting the social features and something like Wonderbook) and Microsoft (who will be showing the system and the hardware). So neither will be focusing too much on games, unlike Nintendo who really have nothing else.
