You think GTA5 will sell 10mil in about 2 weeks only on PS3? Also how much has GT5 sold?

GTAIV
It needs only more 300k units... this year it already sold 150k units... so early September is the right time to it reach 10 million.
About GTAV I'm looking for close to 3 million first week on PS3.

Whoops sorry
What? Is this some kind of freaking joke? Something HAS to be done about this madness! I can't just sit here and let COD dominate the gaming market!
...
Oh who am I kidding... Mw4 is gonna break records just like always... *weep* *sob*
Wow don't you only need one? They're all the same aren't they? (no offense to the people who bought all 4 of them)
--Wii has 9 10 million sellers and 8 are above 10 mil, 3 above 20 mil, 3 above 30 mil, 1 at 80 mil. -- Just a little bit of info I guess... I'm sorry I had to do it.

Behind kinect adventures (lolwat), the first four 10 millions on xbox are the same four call of duty games...

It isn't. It's Mario followed by Pokemon. The proof comes not only from sales but revenue and cultural impact. |
It gets even uglier if you want to consider revenue which I wouldn't be surprised if it's tripling all recent Mario games. (let's not even joke about including Pokemon which has fallen off big time)
I find it amazing how we can say Pokemon is a joke. Don't even lie if you had even a bit of a childhood you played pokemon. It doesn't matter that it isn't the 30 million selling game it was in 1996-1998. It still sells tons of games regardless. If Nintendo gets big bucks from that I'm happy. CoD and GTA have to be popular for a reason but sometimes I wonder how far the series can go. Its like seeing Patrick fall off a box in that Spongebob episode(yes I still watch that hilarious show) in which they say, isn't this getting boring or haven't I already played this? I don't get why gamers don't realize this. Same game, new graphics.
The same can be said with Pokemon and Mario but it is obviously different. We can tell that in most cases (excluding the New Super Mario Bros. lineup) they try to do something different. I can honestly say that CoD has a following and it may continue after I die but its days are numbered too.
Yeah yeah ok. CoD is everyone's game of choice. It's just so popular they makes calendars clocks birthday cards mugs t shirts Easter eggs houses helicopters and moons with CoD on. CoD is also exclusive to one system and sells regularly above 10 million, and has sold over 20, even 25 million copies. One iteration of CoD still sells 5/6 years after release and is consistently in the top
30. If you asked the general public who is the face of gaming they'd say an army dude off a CoD game.
I'm not downplaying it's success but please? Mario is the face of gaming the face of the industry and has a gotten into the psyche of the general public. He's as big as Mickey Mouse, as famous as Michael Jackson, almost everyone could probably hum one of the classic Mario tunes. He's bigger, he's better, and he'll outlive this phase of CoD just like he's left every other fad behind.
