Great Wii U

Bomba Luigi

Animal Monster

Around the Network

Seriously at this rate Animal Crossing might become one of the highest selling games in Japan.

Nintendo and PC gamer

Vita drop due to no games released this week (same as 3ds, no new games this week,) also reports of shortages

well that settles that. vita is doomed again.

It was a bad week all around, but Vita is talked about because a) it is probably the most fragile system and b) it had the largest % drop. It's not good when you compare: Vita (-40%), Wii U (-33%), 3DS (-18%), and PS3(-10%). Wii U I'm sure will take its knocks too. People are also curious as to where Vita will settle after the price drop. How much is the lasting impact of the cut?

how do you read the sell out bars on the Famitsu chart?

Digestibility (0-20%)

Digestibility (20-40%)

Digestibility (40-60%)

Digestibility (60-80%)

Digestibility (80-100%)

Digestability, I guess is sell-through.

OT: Luigi is da boss. SW on 3DS beasting, and the heavy hitters haven't arrived yet. HW is falling tho, those bundles from SMT and TC will be great to maintain a good level.

PSV drop is rather high, shortages were reported, and if they can't solve that next week we may see meltdowns. Still, a very very bad thing, taking into account that the price cut momentum is affected.

WiiU, actually not as bad as expected, not good. You can tell it was a really slow week, when you see those two WiiU titles still chargin :D

Makes sense, thanks!

Playing Xenoblade 2 before I buy Xenoblade 3 (otherwise I couldn't wait to play 3).

Can they announce a new Fire Emblem? A remake of Genealogy or Tellius would suffice !

I'm sure there are more than enough used Vitas waiting for a new home.

You're a better poster than this.

Big falls all round, but I'm looking at you Vita. You weren't supposed to go below 20k again!

It was always expected to go below 20k again, but it managed to stay above that mark longer than anticipated.

Perhaps, but it was a much heavier drop this week than I had anticipated. I expected this level later in the month, not now...

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

Kinda surprising how Vita is at the front of everybody's thoughts. 3DS has its first sub-60k week of the year; PSP has its second sub-10k week of the year. But all eyes are still on Vita. Including eyes which have been absent from these threads throughout the whole of the price cut month :P

Well, everything was down, but relatively spoken it was worst for WiiU and Vita. To be precise, taking Famitsu numbers with last week, WiiU lost 33% and Vita 41%. That said, WiiU should also noticed for the drop. Both are interesting to know about the new baseline of sales for the system. Doesn't look to well for both, it seems it will not be too much bigger than before.

Wii U still above 10k. Nice.

That's a really low standard you apply. You are happy it beats 10K? Are things really that bad?
