I live in So Cal, moderate heat, mild winters. I shower at least once a day, sometimes twice if i sweat a lot.

Basically..... 7 times a week equals once a day, I find it stressful going back in there and doing twice a day!

14 times a week

14 to 15 times a week.

7 days a week and I live in a very hot and dry/arid climate.

However, I'd take a shower everyday regardless of the climate and rarely I take one twice a day depending on what I am doing that day. Things like playing basketball, sex, yard work, etc all make a fat man sweat.

for me i shower 2-3 times in the winter and 3-4 times in the summer. i take about 20-30 minutes per shower usually.
