"Matter" is the wrong word for this sort of research, and yet they keep using it. Of course larger breasts and penises are more aesthetically pleasing, but I doubt many women would want a 14 inch schlong ramming their insides all the way to the balls, and I doubt men would dump their significant other for being as flat as an ironing board. People should be more comfortable with how they were born, maybe then we'll get less men and women destroying themselves with silicone jobs that look like shit.

Also i could have sworn there was research released a few months back stating penises have actually shrunk in size compared to antiquity.

I'm a little curious how they're trying to conclude about pre-historic women by surveying/testing modern women. I guess you could argue they controlled for social norms/values (e.g. western nations think of large penises as attractive) by getting a diverse sample, but still.

I'm not a scientist, but I think it's hard to really isolate how much of it is sociology and how much is psychology/evolution.

I do remember learning that human males have larger penises than chimps (?) because we wouldn't be able to inseminate women if it wasn't. So I would really see that as maybe a starting point (the females who found males with larger penises as attractive had a higher chance of getting impregnated, and both the female offsprings found males with larger penises as attractive and the male offsprings had larger penises).

But IDK. Regardless of what they find out, I think whatever natural attraction or unattraction there is for larger penises has been multiplied wayyyy more by social expectations and culture. It's sad to see so many young guys spend hundreds of dollars on supplements and gym memberships as well as girls trying to achieve the looks photoshoped models have (hell, some guys and girls photoshop their own pictures on Facebook).

We're all going to get old at 30-40 and look ugly. Most of us are going to get married and stop caring about our looks because we already secured a partner. And most of us are probably going to have less sex once we get kids. So eh, *shrug*

Actually, men are typically attracted to specific feautres on women, and vice versa. Usually women are attracted to taller men with broad shoulders, but the broad shoulders is key. Men are generally attracted to big breasts, hips, and ass, but it varies.

For hips specifically, you don't realize it, but hips do mean something. You don't have to like massive hips, but I think most guys do look for solid pelvis lines at the base of the stomach. Most guys don't want girls with abs, but we like some figure at the base there.

Note that the penisses where in flaccid, or non-erect state. Wich is completely pointless because it doesn't say anything about erected size, with some man there is hardly a difference, with others it becomes twice as large or even more.

If any this study confirms just one thing: Most women just want a good looking penis, but they don't really want to play with it.
