Depends on the culture actually. Some men like breasts others like hip curves and butt because as far as evolution is concerned it means the woman is healthier for pregnancy.

Actually, men are typically attracted to specific feautres on women, and vice versa. Usually women are attracted to taller men with broad shoulders, but the broad shoulders is key. Men are generally attracted to big breasts, hips, and ass, but it varies.

For hips specifically, you don't realize it, but hips do mean something. You don't have to like massive hips, but I think most guys do look for solid pelvis lines at the base of the stomach. Most guys don't want girls with abs, but we like some figure at the base there.
