It just amazes me how much they make on Skype per quarter. Clearly one of the best acquisitions ever.

The very same one that Meg Whitman sold off of Ebay for a loss of 2 Billion dollars for Ebay shareholders. The board finally had enough and kicked her off it.



 

Really not sure I see any point of Consol over PC's since Kinect, Wii and other alternative ways to play have been abandoned.

So how does MS profits compare to Sony/Nintendo? 6.7 billion to what? If that is not fair, how does MS profits for this quarter compare to Nintendo/Sony market cap?

Expect:

Sony - Larger revenues, smaller profit.
Nintendo -Smaller revenue, smaller profit.

Can't really compare a publisher and developer (Nitendo) to software and hardware giants such as Microsoft and Sony.

NOTE: Sony releases figures May 9th.
