From what game is that Link and Zelda pic from?! I don't remember them ever getting all that close. Anyways, I would say so, if you can't get any after risking your life to save the girl then you'll never get some.

Most definately modded. I guess it was done with Garry's Mod, but it could have been about any 3D modeling program. Models probably ripped from the Twilight Princess [Wii] Iso.
