About next-gen, in that interview with "Joakim", he said that they'd reveal whether the game is coming to next gen at GDC.

So... I guess they will eventually say something about that. And since that interview was super-staged and prepared, I'm guessing that that question was asked for a reason.

Ground Zeros is MGS5

The Phantom Pain trailer was also MGS5

The Phantom Pain is the sub-title for the game ---> Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain

Okay, so the title 'MGS V' is replacing Ground Zeroes and Phantom Pain, and it's all one product, and Phantom Pain is merely the subtitle?

MGSV: phantom pain is exclusive to the ps360.

MGSV: ground zeroes is exclusive to the ps4/nextxbox.

PP has chapters 1, 3, 5, and 7.

GZ has chapters 2, 4, 6, and 8.

when played together (alternating between consoles) you will get a full game experience. 

is this confirmed or are you just speculating this?

I bet we'll get those versions though. There's no release date for even the curent-gen versions.

I don't see why everyone assumes the other consoles will be getting the game when there's no official announcement, yet the Wii U won't. I'm not saying anything either way, but...never assume anything.

There's no reason Wii U would start getting these games. We have every reason to believe these games are coming to PS4/720 as the consoles are very developer friendly and a port from PC will be easy. Kojima said MGS V development is being done on the PC. I have no idea how an open-world game that looks this good will be possible on current gen consoles though.

Definitely. I just think that all these amazing games coming to current-gen consoles will lead to weak launches for the PS4 and NextBox. Why would anyone upgrade?

I'm afraid to see how long Kojima's cutscenes will run now that he can just scan people in. We'll never have gameplay again, will we?

I know that most of us guessed this, but still what an awesome stunt.  I just love how eccentric Kojima is that he was willing to make fake studios and trailers (fake as in saying it was a new IP) just to make the reveal more interesting.  Day 1 buy just because it's Big Boss and MGS3 is my second favorite game ever.
