Oooohhhh.

Luigi vs OP wars going on in here...still gonna say OP is higher 1st week cause it seems like the game to be frontloaded. Luigi will will easily beat it LT in JP.

I think OP will be 380-430 on PS3 standard alone, but Luigis Mansion will be 370-415 so...both will be close but the Vita version with the PS3 version will beat Luigis Mansion regardless.

On topic: I too expect Luigi to beat OP easily, but we'll see. Kind of refreshing seeing more ps titles making the top 20. A few months ago, it was mostly 3ds games, so it has lost some momentum, though still dominating.

Well, at least this was an interesting chart. It's going to be interesting to see One Piece & Luigi battle it out. I think both are actually going to do better than I first expected, and I think One Piece will edge it out FW but obviously drop like a rock compared to Weegee, but we'll see.

Bit disappointed to see Atelier Meruru so low down but hopefully what Baldr said about Tsutaya being more family-orientated is true. As long as it opens in the same region as Totori Plus (~28k) then I'll be pleased, because that was clearly enough to port the sequel as well. Just keep 'em coming, Gust. (Although I think Totori had an advantage in that it released during a barren period; Meruru has much tougher competition).

Kinda disappointed to see Disgaea not chart higher & Soul Sacrifice dropping a bit faster than I'd have liked, but ah well.

Whoever says that the Japanese market is dying should think again. These numbers probably beat anything apart from Gears this week. The Uk is nowhere close as far as I know.
