BTW the flamethrower is insanely powerful. I'm hoping People Can Fly will at least balance the game out in the future. New maps should take care of the lack of maps... over time.

God Of War is an awesome game in a series that some people have fatigue on its still a great game. With added MP that that is actually pretty good if given a chance but if its not your thing you still get the full God of War experience in the SP. I'd give the game an 8.5 out of 10

Gears on the other hand seems to be a cash grab IMO. The campaign is decent but too much scoring and no real cohesive story. The MP is a joke not really with balancing issues but 4 modes and only 4 maps for two modes which are basically the same. Survival and Overrun are basically the same except one is against AI the other people, same maps and objectives. The two other modes Domination and Free for all are as generic as it gets when it comes to MP modes. The game is just really bare bones I'd give it a 7.5 out of 10.

mostly the one's that complain about sequels/prequels are the hipsters that call themselves fans, if the game changes people complain, if the game stays the same people complain

Gears of war is an multiplayer games => Get faster dislikes from fans....

They both feel like a cash grab and are both good.

You complain about Gears story but GoW:A has very little story and dialogue. I must have played for about an hour before Kratos said anything.

I think you're over critical about Gears and ignoring GoW:A is a shallow experience as well.

As for Black Op 2, I agree the trolls are bringing the user score down.  But I don't think there are many trolls bringing down Gears Of War Judgement user score.  Most of user score for GOW Judgement are non-trolls, legitimate fans of the franchise.  The complaint of the multiplayer having only 4 maps and also the quality of MP is poor seem legitimate.

Much more? lol cmon Both IPs regularily score in the 90s, with only this Gears entry scoring lower.

Just IMO Accension if you care for the story or not is a full God of war camapign with decent to good MP added. It feels like a full game and on par with what the others in the series offered.  You may have like others better which I have but it feels like a full game in the series. You could say its a cash grab because the story in God really isnt necessary to the overall story line of the game. But a series like this which is popular devs will find ways for them to continue on.

Gears on the other hand does not feel like a full game thats why I sd I thought it felt like a cash grab.  Maybe Gears 3 spoiled me but they had Beast, Horde, lots of other MP modes like at least 7, and way more maps even without the season pass.  I feel like a season pass is basically required to get the game that should have been available at release with Judgment.

Neither story from the campaign was on par with the best in each respective series but I feel like God is closest to what the series has offered in the past.

I have every God of War game released, I even reviewed the game and I was dissapointed with it. For an origin story, there was no story at all.
