Always on=Durango will implement different power states so that it can “always be powered on”, but will draw minimal electricity when not in use.
How is that means always online?you need online to go PC sleep mode?

It just like 360,but require install this time,when disc checking become part of gameplay?
My guess would if true is that the drm is like steam, where use codes even in physical copies.
