I will wait 'till The Last Of Us, and then I will give my opinion.

Agreed. I think BioShock is the best of the generation, slightly edging out Super Mario Galaxy.
However, if we're talking most important or most revolutionary, then Wii Sports would take the crown.
1. Red Faction Guerilla. Why? The destruction gameplay was truly next-gen and something sorely missed from every other game
2. CoD 4. It started the modern MP. No game has been this influential since Halo: CE.
3.Demon/Dark Souls. An actual evolution in the RPG 3rd person genre, not a step backwards e.g. Skyrim & Oblivion.
4. Mirror's Edge. Buggy but actually different, great score and very immersive.
5. Amnesia: DD. Hello nightmares. Proving that budget & graphics are second to game design.
Everything else that I can think of was just more of the same from the last gen in better graphics.
The games I thought were the best:
Castlevania Lords of Shadows, Tactics Ogre, Dark Souls, DmC, Bayonetta. Catherine, Rayman Origins.
Admittedly I haven't got a Wii, but personally I would say those are the best, if I had to pick one, it would be Tactics Ogre.
I have a feeling that the OP was either drunk or high on meth.
OT: I dunno. I think series are more fitted for this title. The Wii game series are all great and revolutionized to a certain degree motion gaming. Gears of War did wonders for 3rd Person Shooters and online competitive games in general. Uncharted is the pinnacle of cinematic gaming... so yeah plenty of answers,.
Vote the Mayor for Mayor!

Red Faction Guerilla had the same destruction mechanics and came before Armageddon in the series. Although the mechanic was pretty cool it hasn't redefined anything. In terms of mechanics, the most revolutionary for me is the dialogue wheel from Mass Effect. I'm sure someone will point out it been in a previous generation/game, but its this gen that it really caught on. Same with cover-based shooting.
In terms of games themeselves, my picks would be Dishonored, Mass Effect 2 and Batman: Arkham City. Halo 3 and Call of Duty 4 for their multiplayer.
