PSX - Work on and off (disc drive)

PSOne - Broke a few weeks after I bought it, just stoped working.

Saturn - Still Works CD-i Still Works

PS2(1) - Worked until I lent it to a friend who sold it and 36 of my games for weed. Dropped him like a bad habit.

PS2(2) - Still Works

Gamecube(1) - Was sent in for repairs because of a faulty drive, still works.

Gamecube(2) - Still works. (For multiplayer purposes)

Xbox - Still works but never was used much outside of Halo

Wii(1) - Still works

Wii(2) - Still works

PS3 - Still works

360(1) - RROD

360(2) - RROD

360(3) - RROD

360(4) - LAN chip failed and system will not boot up.

360(5) - Hit by a power surge

360(6)- Still works

360(7) - Still works (Seems bad but we had three units in the house at once for Halo and other multiplayer games. I think we had 2 more RRODs but really don't remember)

Wii U - Still Works

Fat Boy - My little brother launched it against a wall a few too many times.

Gameboy Pocket - Ditto

Gameboy Color - Ditto (I worry about my Wii U's game pad each time he plays and he's 27 now.)

Virtual Boy - Still works

3DS - In for repairs the shoulder button broke because of overuse, will be back on Thursday

And I also fried my uncles Atari 2600. Everything else I ever owned worked fine cept my PS2 had problems reading some PS1 games and the blue bottom PS2 disks it would make some strange noises.

I would like to know how many PS2s sold to date are phats.

I mean its somewhat unfair to say  PS2 is sales king when lets say 50 million died because of a bad laser and then 40* million  former phat owners were "forced" to buy a slim because they had so many games they didnt want to throw into the trash can.

Thank god I got my PS2slim for free with a double phone contract   :)

*(yep 40 not 50 million on purpose because 20% might have said FU Sony without buying a new console)

 I lost a gameboy game and half a year later found it in the garden (we had a ton of snow that year) and after I dried it for a day I tested it and it worked perfectly fine.  Cartridge FTW!!!

None of the consoles I've owned have broken (I must be pretty good at taking care of my things!).

The only system of mine that ever broke was my PS2. It started having problems reading certain discs, then it didn't read any discs at all. I had the laser replaced, it worked for a while but broke again. I ended up buying a PS2 Slim.

Other than that, I had the classic problem with NES games where the screen would flash green or blue and you'd blow inside the cartridge to fix it but the NES itself was working fine.

The toughest system ever has to be the SNES, that hunk of plastic was indestructible.

None of my Nintendo Consoles (Including Wii, DS Lite, DSi XL, 3DS, GameCube, GameBoy SP, and GameBoy Advance.) have broken. The last time I played my Original XB and PS2 they were working fine. (I don't own them anymore.)

My brother owned a 360 and it got the RROD.

I know boring post, I used most of my stuff a lot too so its amazing most of it is still working.

the oldest consoles i have are a sega master system and a mega drive and they still work

and i recently borrowed a (launch) dreamcast from a friend that still works as well

I had a problem where my Dreamcast would randomly reset. Some guy told me to open it up and clean the motherboard power cable pins, worked like a dream.

Your NES isn't broken. Your games are just dirty. Clean the contacts with Q-tips and some rubbing alcohol.
