Maybe because the number will look better at 4x two weeks ago than 3x last week?, also if what you say is true then the vita did 80k this week

It's intentionally vague, the number is 4x compared to the two weeks prior to the cut. This probably refers to unit shipments made by Sony during each week, the figures that they would actually know, as opposed to actual sales to the end user. That's anybody's guess.
