To me, E3 will be the big one. It has to blow our socks off or if you're not wearing socks, then underwear... or if no underwear, then jizz all over.

This would destroy my wallet.

The problem isn't that there's no quality games coming, the problem is that there's not enough quality games coming soon, dated, or out already.

Pikmin 3 is already 4 months late, Rayman Legends should have been out by now, and we still don't have dates for Yarn Yoshi, Bayonetta 2, Wonderful 101, 3D Mario, X, Mario Kart, Smash Bros, or Shin Megami Tensai.

Nintendo needs to stop being so bloody stingy and secretive with its dates, people need something to look forward to. The wait would be more bearable if we knew how long it was.

Well for Wii U only owners that's a fine list. But for people like me who are on the fence it's not quite there yet. But I will admit, Pikmin, Bayonetta 2, Yoshi, X, SMT X FE and Zelda WW HD are games I intend to get when I do purchase the system (whenever that may be). Most of the other stuff I can either get on PS3/PS4 (AC:IV, Watch Dogs, RE, Rayman, Splinter Cell), there are alternatives to it (GT6 and Drive Club for instance, but Prjoect C.A.R.S is multiplat anyway) or I have no interest in (Lego City).

But overall I'm glad the list is growing. I expect good things from the Wii U by next year.

I remember making almost identical threads for the Vita. As a fan of the system a list like this looks great but to a skeptic only a few titles are even worth mentioning.

Yes youre right its my opinion and I didn't need to say that. BUT the games recently announced for PS4 aren't system sellers either... Killzone sells less after every install (Killzone 3 just around 2,5 m I think), inFamous 2 barely made the 1 m, Knack is a new title so it wont probably get higher dan 0.8m. Diablo 3 is already months old, Watch Dogs will be bought on other consoles (PS360).

 Thats why its way to early to say Wii U is doomed because of the PS4. This is based on nothing else but fanboyism.

how does something being a system seller compare to an individual's interest in a game?... the latter is what has been discussed so far

and even then i don't really see pikmin 3 or wonderful 101 as system sellers either

but regardless i completely agree that he was in the wrong to make those comparisons between the ps4 and wii u

Sadly, not gonna happen. X and Bayonetta 2 are 2014 games most likely.

Implying that games = sales. Like somebody pointed out, there have been similar threads for the Vita, nothing ever came of it.
