Ubisoft have no respect for the franchise anymore, they're just trying to pump out as many as possible. Still, pirates sound interesting. If they release an original and well polished game, I might pick it up.

AC3 was too disappointing for me.

and like madden the laps in quality is their. with the exception that madden rebounds every other yr. (madden) 2011 good, 2012 bad, 2013 best yet.

Should be a spin-off then.
Problem is that Desmond needs to be directly related to them to make sense. He already is related to an Middle Eastern guy, an Italian, a British and a native American.
