not to be a downer but based on previous sales level stores probably didn't have much stock to begin with.

I bet the price cut in the US/Eu will come when the PS4 is almost at launch, so that everyone that wants remote play gets one :D

Finally we can say the Vita delivers the boobs that were advertised. THAT is the reason japanese people didn't get into buying vitas. They felt fooled by the ads with this 4 breasted woman :)

Sounds like a lot of people were waiting just for this price drop to give the console a chance.
That was expected for the first week of the drop, just like what happened with the 3DS. Let´s see how the system will perform on future weeks. Maybe that was just what Vita needed after all.
Still curious about the numbers, though..
