With all the recent bad press about the new  nintendo system (WiiU), Cliff Bleszinski and his thoughts about  Nintendo:  "Nintendo could possibly be faced with the situation of becoming a company that only makes software this gen", Third partys like EA, THQ and others bad talking about the new system and all the doom threads Sony/MS fans created aparently the industry as a whole wants to get rid of nintendo  once and for all.

did you have a theory for this to happen?, why the industry as a whole wants nintendo to fail? (and be a software only company).

They already tried that with last generation and Nintendo did its best.

It's werid how people/media hate Nintendo with a passion akin to them doing something like killing their dog.

But this mentaility has occured to any console/handheld at some point or another.

Nintendo is the worst partner for 3rd parties in terms of business relationships(games don't sell well) and technical limitations.

Well, i guess thats the goal this Gen wants to achieve. Almost everyone wants to play Nintendo Games, but no one wants to buy Nintendo Console for it. Thats absolutely strange and makes no sense at all.
To be honest, even if Nintendo would kill WiiU and bring a new Console this christmas which has about the same Power as PS4 and XBOX next, everyone would complain and still no one would really like to develop Games for it. That`s "The Nintendo Difference".

Checks 3DS and Wii U eshop indie developers response....  Initial complaint invalid.
