Machine sounds strong, visuals looked good. Exclusive games underwhelmed in terms of fun factor/creativity.

It was alright (Managed to glance at a live blog while at work). A decent amount of the stuff was teased before the announcement. The main problem I had with it is that I still don't see the need for me to go out and get a Sony/Microsoft console rather than stick to my PC. None of Sony's exclusives other than LittleBigPlanet really do anything for me. Looking forward to anything that may change my mind though.

No, not really. But then again, my expectations were kind of on the middle all along. Did not expect so many developers to actually show up on stage though, that was kind of nice, and some of them seemed genuinely excited about the prospect of developing new games on a new platform.

Pretty much sums it up. The only interesting thing was the cloud streaming service, but they hardly wanted to talk about it.

I was honestly hoping that Sony was getting desperate enough as a company to do something daring. All they're doing is adding even more PC into the mix.

But hey, looks like that's exactly what third parties want, so... Yay?

No, I expected less. They showed new IPs. What I asked for. Sequels to exclusives I play. A fairly similar controller to the duel shock with new options for gaming. They gave the real data on the machines power and talked about gaiki.

And given what I see of your posts Jaywood I would be shocked if you were actually impressed.

It's late and Im tired or I'd go into this further detail but after them hyping it like no tomorrow and talking trash about competitors I was at least expecting them to show the PS4 -_-

EDIT:  And apparently i wasnt the only one so dont narrow me out like that :P lol They did show some good things like i said and ill still be getting it. Idk about launch yet or not though.  Ill wait until E3
