Hey guys,
There have been a couple of posts here and there saying that MS might lose its Office / cloud business to Google. Okay, Dallas was the one posting them. I would like to highlight some of the bigger deals that just happened with MS and Office 365 which is the direct competition to Google Apps.
Microsoft secured the state of Texas as a customer with over 100k employees.

County of Santa Clara was a nice little win, because this is where Google has their homebase. 15k users will work with Office 365 now.

Toyota picked Microsoft software over Google and IBM for 200k users. In addition Toyota cars will use MS software as well. The in-vehicle software runs on Windows Azure and the navigation systems will use Bing Maps.

I really think that Office 365 might be a great success for Microsoft. They are really successful in the enterprise market and Windows 8 sales might benefit from this as well.
Imagine not having GamePass on your console...
