What will be your Primary Console Next-Gen?

Wii U 132 18.67%

Orbis (PS4) 360 50.92%

Durango (720) 126 17.82%

Don't know yet 78 11.03%

SR 11 1.56%

Total:707

If Sony can improve their online functionality then I won't even bother with the next Xbox. Only reason I bought this one was because most of my friends went with Xbox, but now they all have Playstations. As far as exclusives go, I have very little interest in Halo, Gears, or Forza. Fable was great for a while but they've completely run that franchise into the ground. I will miss Twisted Pixel though. I'll probably buy a WiiU eventually, the exclusives will make it too captivating just like the Wii.

Sigs are dumb. And so are you!

Sony first and whoever else catches my attention second.

I already own a Wii U, but thinks aren't looking so hot for that console.

Based on everything I've read about the PS4, I'll probably get one at launch as well.  Hopefully the new SCE won't pull any ps3 launch moves.

Though I'll probably just be buying first party games for both consoles, save for the occasional Metal Gear title or something, so it's unlikely the lifetime performance (and thus third party support) of either device will effect my gaming decisions all that much.

Already have a Wii U. Will get a PS4 at launch and Durango as soon as I have the money. I'll get exclusives on the consoles, duh, and get multiplats on Ouya.

Wii U will be my primary console. Nintendo has consistently made games that I find far more enjoyable than their other rivals. Whether my Wii U will be my only console is tbd. If I can get the same games as I can on other consoles, but with perhaps lesser visuals, I'll be ok with the Wii U alone. If I'll need a PS4 for multiplats, I'll get that. Microsoft's first party stuff does nothing for me, so I don't see much reason to pick up a 720.

After getting burned by both XBOX, X360, Gamecube, and Wii from the prev generations i'm going to be hard pressed to buy the WiiU and the X720. I've been an idort for my entire life (though I did eventually sell of all my sega consoles except the dreamcast) but I think I'm done. I've been too disappointed, nothing short a slew of stellar orgasmic games coming from WiiU or X720 would make me consider buying them and I just don't think they will deliver.

What do you mean burned? You got 8 years worth of great Xbox 360 games and 5 years of many fantastic original Xbox games. Gamecube and Wii had many great games as well.

XBOX made an absolutely poor showing and a too short life span. X360 in general only has halo and a smattering of exclusive RPGs that are any good whatsoever. The Wii has next to no RPGs with traditional controls. I tried the wiimote thing for a couple years and couldn't even finish either Zelda games because it was so lame.

That's your opinion. I'm not really a big RPG fan anyways, but I thought the Fable series was great. Microsoft just got its foot in the door with Xbox and once it established a fanbase they went all out and put all their resources behind the 360. Xbox 360 is like wine, the games keep getting better with time. You can't say you haven't got your moneys worth out of it because we're getting some of the best games near the end of its life cycle.

PS4 + PS Vita. Best Grfxx and imo the best First Party Games. Playstation Plus is also one hell of a deal. There really isn't anything that can compete with that. Playstation is, was and always will be the number one when it comes to gaming.

This Post is of course not biased at all. :P

I can't believe how many votes Durango has.

Why? The two chipset are very similar, the real performances will be closer than "360 vs PS3", so hardware arguments are not very relevant. MS has more 1st party devs that in the past, has a huge advantage in the US that will be the most important market and, given the financial situation, is more likely to come out with aggressive pricing and exclusivity deals.

Oh yea .... Sony always brings the goods so PS4 is a no brainer for me. PS3 was my only system this gen and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Primary Console will be PS4 and it will be complemented by the Wii U (I love me some Zelda and Smash Bros.).

As for handhelds. Vita + 3DS. They're complements and very different so having both = win. Initially I was going Vita only, but I have a Pokemon addiction and all my friends are getting it for Pokemon as well. If anybody is going to whip their asses it's going to be me. xD

I may get a Steambox depending on the price, but I doubt it. PS3, PS4, Wii U, PSV and 3DS is quite a lot of gaming as is.

Playstation = The Beast from the East

Sony + Nintendo = WIN! PS3 + PSV + PS4 + Wii U + 3DS
