WiiU is doomed Nintendo Is not though.
| Deyon said: Why do you think Mario Kart and a 3D Mario will save the WiiU? The GameCube had those games and many more and it didn't sell very well. Maybe the WiiU will follow the same path. I can see that happening considering the casuals abandoned Nintendo. (I may be wrong) |
This "GameCube had this, had that" arguement is not the best. Without First Party titles the GameCube would've failed even more.
Yall gotta let Nintendo eat though. damn they just got the plate them pick up the fork.

I love My Wii U, and the potential it brings to gaming.

We literally go through this every single week (if not day), there is no end to these "Nintendo is Doomed" threads. ![]()
Seriously, Nintendo is not doomed. I think maybe some of you don't remember but Gamecube didn't do all that well either at the beginning but it still sold decent throughout it's whole life and it wasn't the end of the world for Nintendo. They went on to Wii and found great success once again. If this is a "Gamecube" like era then Nintendo will be fine until we get to the 9th gen. However, this isn't a gamecube like era. Once the software actually starts rolling out, we'll see what Wii U is all about. The AAA + exclusive titles are coming. Those will decide what kind of era for Nintendo this is, not PS3 and Xbox 360 rehashes and the typical shovelware that's out now on Wii U.
^The Psyduck was a nice touch! XD
