Forums - Sales - Who controls the world? (TEDxZurich)

I'm sorry I'm drinking a few brews right now so this speech doesn't seem that entertaining (perhaps if I was stoned). I enjoyed a few TED talks but this one just doesn't seem exciting compared to what it should be (I blame the speaker). I'm just going to go with the short answer.... bankers or whoever controls the money. However, people/governments with superior weapons can over throw the bankers.

Transnational corporations rule the world. This is something we already knew - at least in the US with big banks and big oil.

Love TED talks though. Always have great speakers/presenters.

TED is so awesome. Will have to watch this one later though.

"To learn who rules over you, find out who you are not allowed to criticize." - unknown, attributed to Voltaire

So who are we not allowed to criticize based on both law and societal pressure? An interesting notion, to say at least.
